TMH Strategies, LLC is a Black-led, woman-led firm founded by Dr. Tracy Hilliard in 2018 in response to a need for community-engaged, data-driven strategies for systems transformation to advance equity. Tracy is located in the Greater Seattle region and our network of consultant partners are located across the United States. Together, we bring decades of multidisciplinary, multi-sector expertise and lived experience to dismantle white supremacy in philanthropy, nonprofits, government, academia, and corporations with innovative, equity-focused strategies.
